Settlement day has come and gone. It's a done deal.
Pic 1 Liz and Oma. (Nearly all the big decisions have Oma somewhere in the background.
Pic 2 The front door area. Probably be turned into a shade house and extended past the kitchen.
Pic 3 Same again viewed from the back yard. Probably be paved right through here to save water.
Pic 4 Left side of the back yard. Since this shot a bunch of bushes have been added. Got to leave room for some fruit trees as we get through the gardening. Bike shed to the back and the Man Shed this side of it. First time I have owned one. I guess it won't really qualify without a beer fridge though.
A lot of the grass (not so green now) will get covered with scoria and plenty of greenery. We own a rain water tank for the first time in our lives and intend to keep it for the veggies.
We had 3 mil of rain yesterday which might have filled it again. It doesn't sound like much but it is for this area.
Getting the insides in shape for the family Xmas. The extra bed rooms are ready and waiting for the kids.

Cant wait to get to get into the infrastructure like the paths and the stump leveling. Getting the order right is most important.
Ya can't trust those city folk.
